At Night of Champions, Unified Tag Team Champion Chris Jericho will select his own replacement for the injured Rated-R Superstar, Edge, and defend his gold against Ted DiBiase & Cody Rhodes at Night of Champions. But which qualities will serve as criteria for his choice? And what Superstar could possibly measure up to the high standards of the first-ever Undisputed WWE Champion? In order to be the partner of Chris Jericho, the selected Superstar will surely have to be:
Justified
The Superstar in question must believe he is saving the world; that because of the undeniable fact that he is better than everyone else, he has a right and the responsibility to dominate and control all around him as he works to assert his eternal greatness.
Educated
Without hesitation, Jericho’s choice must have a strong, knowledgeable background, allowing him to utilize big words like “gelatinous parasites” while mercilessly chastising the WWE Universe for being “sheep."
Ruthless
The esteemed tag team partner must enthusiastically jump at the chance to slam a Superstar’s face into a plasma screen TV, kick them while they’re down, place them in the Walls of Jericho long after the bell and rip their time-honored mask off just to score a quick pin, all while relentlessly berating the referee and his General Manager.

Isolated
The proper selectee must understand that ridiculous pandering in the hopes of securing friends and fans is nothing more than a colossal waste of a true Superstar’s time.
Clairvoyant
The honored Superstar is expected to anticipate things BEFORE they occur, making it possible for him to deflect futile moves such as 619 or Sweet Chin Music by “inferior” opponents with ease.
Hypocrite Detector
The person that fills the vacant Unified spot must be able to sense, root out and expose hypocritical behavior in the squared circle from anywhere - whether he is standing at the WWE merchandise table, on the top of the ramp, or in the locker room.
